I want to practice Agni (Fire) mudra. Can I do it after bath, while my hair is wet?

Can any mudras be practiced for few minutes before starting cardio-vascular exercise or aerobics?

Does Shunya mudra help in losing weight?

Don’t practice Agni (Shunya) Mudra after bath.

Yes, mudras can be practiced for few minutes before starting cardio-vascular exercise or aerobics.

Any mudra can be practiced for a maximum 30 minutes.
