How to create remedy water without pills

How Rescue Remedy (or for that matter any remedy) water can be made?

Naran

Hold a glass of water. Chant “RESCUE REMEDY” for 100 times. Now, the Rescue Remedy water is ready.

Use this method to prepare any remedy you want. Of course, taking pills of actual remedies is always better.
