Chanting Vs Taking Remedies

I bought your book from Amazon. It’s awesome!

But, I am a bit confused on some of the pages. Do I say, chant or repeat the name of Bach Flowers or should I buy them and use them. If yes then from where to buy and should I buy them all?

Taking the remedies orally will always help.

The remedies are available on all Homeopathy shops. You can buy as and when you require. Though, buying the whole kit in the form of drops is not expensive.
